💡 For health insurance to pay for physiotherapy you need a referral (poukaz, "FT poukaz") from a doctor, for example your GP or an orthopaedist. Without one you pay yourself. Ask whether they take referrals when you contact them.
On the practice website (in Czech) we found: „…Aktuální informace: 14.8. 2026 Přijímáme nové klienty! Nyní se můžete objednávat ke zkušené posile…“ source. The website may be out of date.
